beef marrow bones or chicken carcasses

carrots (roughly chopped)

apple cider vinegar

enough water to cover

Notes

Simmer on low for 12-24 hours. Strain and discard bones. Keeps in fridge for 5 days or freeze for 3 months. Serve as a meal topper.
